You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

Return orders submitted after 6:00 PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day, and orders submitted after 6:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Return and Refund
If you have decided to return the product, you can follow the following process:
1. Pack the pet bowl: Please pack the pet bowl in its original packaging, including the accessories and freebies received.
2. Send it yourself: Send the pet bowl to 1426 Pinson St, Birmingham, Alabama, 35217. After sending, please send us the logistics information and courier number by email [email protected], so that we can check and refund you as soon as we receive it.
3. Return shipping: If you choose to return your pet bowl because of quality or shipping problems (such as wear and tear of the received pet bowl), the shipping cost will be borne by Accessoryforpets.com.
If the return is due to the customer’s personal dislike of the pet bowl received (color or style), wrong shot, etc., the postage will be borne by the customer.
4. Refund Processing: Once the returned pet bowls arrive at Accessoryforpets.com’s warehouse and pass inspection, the refund process will begin.
